Terrazza condominiale. - Completamente arredato - Wifi veloce, lavasciuga, smart tv con Fire tv Amazon, macchina Nespresso, bollitore elettrico, microonde, forno, frigorifero con piccolo freezer. (No lavastoviglie) - Condizionatore caldo freddo + riscaldamento autonomo con termosifoni - Possibilità di parcheggio nel vialetto condominiale quando c'è posto (parcheggi non assegnati) - il canone indicato si riferisce a 4 settimane di affitto e verrà proporzionalmente adattato all'effettiva durata della locazione. - Per le spese condominiali, le utenze e gli altri costi fissi verrà richiesto un forfait di 50 euro a settimana. - Deposito cauzionale: 500 eur, rimborsabile a fine locazione previa verifica dell'appartamento per eventuali danni. - Pulizie finali 80 eur - Solo non fumatori e, purtroppo, no animali, grazie.
