L'ospite verrà accolto dal salotto d'entrata la cui finestra si affaccia su via delle Conce. Da qui un corridoio si snoda e guida fino al secondo salotto, sulla destra, fornito di tv a schermo piatto e comodi divani. Tornando in corridoio sulla sinistra si trova il primo bagno completo.
