The Area This charming one-bedroom apartment is located just a few steps from Naviglio Grande, one of the most famous areas in Milan for its vibrant nightlife. It is situated on the third floor of a traditional Milanese ringhiera building from the early 1900s, characterized by a series of apartments positioned side by side along a shared balcony. Well connected to the rest of the city thanks to the constant presence of trams, the area is rich in restaurants, bars, and personal services, as well as several green spaces (such as Parco Giovanni Paolo ii), ideal for a walk or outdoor exercise. Nearby, you can also find the famous Basilica of San Lorenzo Maggiore, the oldest church in Milan and all of Italy. Living Room and Kitchen Like every ringhiera house, the living area overlooks the walkway and therefore the inner courtyard. The living room features a white double sofa bed and a flat-screen tv. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes major appliances such as an oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and microwave. The room also has a dining area with an extendable table and four chairs.
