Not Included: Tourist tax of 4. 00 per person (over the age of 12) per night for the first 7 nights, and utilities (water, electricity, gas) for rentals exceeding 30 days, if they surpass 70. 00. Security Deposit: For stays up to 15 days, a security deposit of 300. 00 is required via a valid credit card pre-authorization 7 days before check-in. For stays between 16 and 30 days, guests must pay 1000. 00 7 days before check-in. Prepaid and or debit cards are not accepted. Special conditions apply for rentals over 30 days. The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant , one towel and linen change per guest , and final cleaning.
