It can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests, with 2 double bedrooms (beds can be separated into singles), both with wardrobe, desk and television. It is equipped with one bathroom with shower, a kitchen with modern appliances (Nespresso, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and toaster) and dining table, utensils and dishes. Ac and Wifi connection for max comfort. Note: wifi will be installed on the 15th of September a set of towels and bed linen provided to each guest. The apartment is located in a central, lively and dynamic neighborhood from which you can easily walk to the city's main attractions. It is located in a restricted traffic zone, you can't park in the surrounding streets but only in a private garage nearby. The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stylish it's perfect for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Florence. Absolutely great for 2 couples or a family. Access Check-In time is 3pm - 7pm as we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date. Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival. Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost: From 12 noon to 3Pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends) From 7Pm to 8Pm: €25 From 8Pm to 10pm: €35 From 10pm to midnight: €45 no check-in after midnight, except for agreement made previously. Getting around The location is very central, you can walk to most of the tourist attractions and services you need. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ztl zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, cctv cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red green light) in order to avoid receiving fines.
