The apartment, completely renovated in 2018 is composed of 1 bright double room (with the view of via Indipendenza), 1 single room, common area with a modern kitchen and a bathroom. It is totally furnished and inside you will find everything needed for a comfortable stay including fiber cable internet, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishes, cookware, etc. ), pillows, blankets, linens. All the bills (electricity, gas, water, unlimited internet wifi, trash tax) amount to 200 eur month with normal and responsible consumption. Should you exceed this cap you will be charged the difference.
